Our engineering team has completed the remodification and installation of two 350 Ton UBE high pressure die casting machines for a Sheikhupura-based aluminium die caster. Both machines were brought into production in a single changeover.
The scope covered mechanical remodification, hydraulic system overhaul, control retrofit and full commissioning under production load, with operator orientation delivered on site at handover.
Working in parallel
Rather than phasing the machines in one after the other, both were remodified at the same time. That put more of our engineers on site for a shorter window, but it meant the plant gained the full 700 Ton of capacity in one step instead of two.
Sequencing the work around the plant’s own schedule matters more than raw speed. A machine returned late but running correctly costs far less than one handed over early and brought back down.
